Default VXR Kit OFF And She's Now In Winter Mode lol

As the winter is fast approaching, i've decided to take the VXR kit and wheels off as they are far too expensive to replace if I have an accident or worse someone bumps into me in the ice.

She's back to VX-Line but with 19 inch elite wheels with winter tyres, I decided to fit a twin exit and custom my front grille along with colour coding it to resemble the VXR grille

Sorry for the poor quality pics, I took with my iPhone

    VXR Kitted

And Now How She Looks Now In Winter Mode

Definately VXR mode looks best but it doesn't look to shabby in winter mode either!

Not trying to be a smart arse lol.

Is it really worth changing between the two styles? Our winters can be bad but nothing like the east of Europe for example. You have insurance so if it is pranged you'll be covered.

I'm keeping my car on coilovers and Team Dynamics alloys - I can always double up as a snow plough with my Irmy splitter if needs be lol.

Again, not saying this in a funny way, the car looks great either way.

Hey mate, the bumpers are mahoosive in price to replace especially the inserts for the bumpers etc, and the ice around my way during winter time is quite shocking, I would rather not take that chance of claiming off my insurance as last year my mrs had some clown slide into her and the insurance agreed it was knock for knock even though she was stationary at a junction grrrrr lol

Top banana I like the look of the VXR finish and folks change their wheels for the winter why not the bumpers too, insurance companies will always argue as is their want, as you have the winter kit why not.
