    Default Faulty O2 sensor?

On my 1.9cdti 150ps I've noticed my fuel consumption drop to 43-45mpg where I used to get nearer 48-50mpg.

I've not got any engine lights/faults, other than because I currently have the EGR disconnected, but when I look at the live readings when idling I get the following for the O2 sensor:-

    B1S1 O2 Sensor heater temp 564 deg/c
    B1S1 O2 Sensor heater PWM 2%
    B1S1 O2 Sensor -5mV

The -5mV makes me think the O2 sensor isn't working as it should. Anyone else seen this or can confirm if this is an O2 sensor fault? Also, is this likely to affect fuel consumption? I don't know how the ECU reacts to the O2 sensor readings.

    Thanks
