Default coil overs, lowing springs etc etc

now starting to plan my next mod, after having the 314s fitted.

but to be honest i dont know the difference between coil overs lowering springs etc.

can some one give me a quick lesson, are they all the same?

this is going to be a budget mod, dont think im going to do anything to the shockers, but happy to stick 4 springs on it it,

    my requirements are

    1. slightly lower then the set up now (Standard sri) but i dont want to go to craqzy low where i cant go over speed humps, or up onto droped kerbs.

    2. improvement on handling, faster conering etc.

    3. this will all be matched with a full drop link, wishbone, track rod end, arb, replacement.

    cheers ladies.

Eibachs all the way. I have them fitted to my SRi, great improvement to ride and handling - pics are in my garage.

I got mine from Demontweeks: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/337/43975/filter

Had eibachs for the last 5yrs, they are ok, if i was buying again it would be H&R springs all the way, bit lower than eibach and they look to be better quality too..
