    Default Is your 510/710/910 drooping?

    Taken from TOMTOM website:

TomTom has determined that a limited number of Windscreen Docks included with the initial shipments of the TomTom GO 910, TomTom GO 710 and TomTom GO 510 do not perform to the standards we set for our products. These docks can result in a loose power connection or in the device drooping.

As a customer-oriented organisation, we take feedback from our customers very seriously. As a result, we have made a number of modifications to the Windscreen Dock to make sure it lives up to customers’ expectations.

Any customers experiencing difficulties with their Windscreen Dock can order an optimised Windscreen Dock free of charge (no shipping costs). Simply enter the serial number of your TomTom GO device and a shipping address on the next pages and we can determine if you are entitled to have your Windscreen Dock replaced.

One free Windscreen Dock is allowed per eligible device.

Click ‘Continue’ to claim your new dock.

Mine arrives this week just in case the current one purchased the week after christmas develops a fault

If like me you purchased from Dixons/Currys/PC World the serial numbers are invalid. If so email tomtom support from the website.
