difference between stereos

I've spent 20 mins looking on here and can't find the answer, so apologies if its here somewhere

Can someone tell me the different specs of stereos? CD30/ CDC40/CD70 etc etc

cd30 just radio and cd
cd30 mp3 is radio and cd with mp3 cd compatabilty
cdc40 is dab radio with cd multichanger
cd70 is radio and cd with satnav and mp3 compatabilty

Half CAN units from 2002 to mid 2004

CAR2002 = Cassette and Radio with small integral display
CAR2003 = Casette and Radio
CAR2004 = same as CAR2003
CDR2005 = CD and Radio
CCR2006 = Casette, radio and 4 CD multichanger
CCRT2008 = Casette, radio, 4 CD multichanger and integral telephone
NCDR2011 = CD, Radio and Navigation
NCDC2013 = 4 x CD Multichanger, radio and naviation
NCDC2015 = 4 x CD multichangr, radio, navigation and integral telephone.

Full CAN units from late 2004 onwards.

R10 = Radio Only
CC20 = Cassette Radio
CD30 = CD Radio
CD30 mp3 = CD, Radio and mp3's burnt onto a CD - Aux-in on some units after 2007.
CDC40 (Opera) = 6 x CD Multi-changer and Radio with optional DAB receiver
CD50 Phone = CD, Radio and Telephone
CD60 = CD, Radio, Mp3 on CD and Navigation
CDC60 Mmedia = CD, Navigation, Radio, some have iPod connectivity and mp3, Integral Telephone and On-Star
CD70 Navi = CD, Radio, MP3 on CD, Navigation and some with aux in from mid 2007
CDC80 Mmedia = Same as CDC60 Mmedia with 6 x CD multichanger
DVD90 Navi = Same as CD70 but with bigger mapping capacity
DVD100 Navi = Same as DVD90 with 6 x CD multichanger.
