Signum 2.0T Problem

First like to say hello and i love the site!

Ive had my signum since may and i love it.
The car is 2.0T with 139000 on the clock.
Its due its MOT and a service but over the last couple of months ive noticed i vibration when the clutch isnt depressed and it eases when it is......is this the dreaded dual mass...??

do you get an extra noise when idling out of gear and the clutch not depressed?

Yes but its not always there but the vibration sometimes makes you think its a diesel not petrol!! lol
