Just a quick question
Im looking at an item on ebay from Ballybofey Co. Donegal, Ireland
Do you have to pay taxes from purchases from Ireland?
Cheers

Is it Northern Ireland or southern mate
Eire is part of the EU, you do not pay taxes on items brought in from other Euro States.
Doesn't make any difference Eire is part of the EU and as such there is no tax boundary as tax is paid locally and therefore centrally all part of the free trade agreement for EU member states.
on the map its just outside Northern Ireland so it is in the land of the Euro (Southern Ireland)
It doesn't matter Phil no tax implications see above
Cheers lads, looks like i will be placing a bid then
