Help on changing deisal pump on vectra dti 2.0!!!!

Hi there I'm really looking for advice on what steps to take on changing the fuel pump on my vectra 2.0 dti, I know its a realy big job but can anyone actually giv me a guide or any tips to take whilst I replace it. Thanks in advance

I have some experience in this area - have repaired a couple in the past year. Do you know whether it is the control unit or mechanical part that has failed?

Is it a PSG16 (twin-plug) pump control unit?
