What benefit would these 2.0t upgraded injectors give my 2.2 Direct?

Well those blue ones are 261cc or there abouts. If these are bigger than your standard injectors then you may see a difference but only with a remap otherwise you will overfuel the engine.
If they're bigger than his current injectors, then I'd say they aren't of any use to him, because without a turbo how will the ECU increase the supply of air to match the increased fuel supply?
With Maptun you can go to stage 2 (actually the 3rd stage as there's a 1+) without changing the turbo but by fitting the larger injectors. The standard garrett turbo is good for 16psi of boost.
But as Nige says, you need a map for the car to know how to use the larger injectors or you will just over-fuel the engine.

Ahhh... the perils of quickly scanning a thread without going in too deep...lol. He's got a 2.2 Direct, not a 2.0T so no turbo.
LMAO, yeah, ok I didn't read it properly...
Consider me properly ashamed

Probably not worth it then, even if I went for a cat back system, panel filter and remap, adding the injectors wouldn't give me much of an increase over an already quite limited bhp increase I assume.
agreed..
True. hadn't thought about it that way. Thanks, I'll let them go then...
