sat nav problems

Hi guys i have the standard simens ncdc2013 satnav and everytime i go to put the disc in it spits it back out saying please insert nav disc.It does this with all disc/cds please help as this is doing my head in.

So theres no one on here that knows about sat navs?

Sounds like a fault to me ... if your car is still in warranty I would take it to your dealer to have a look at.

don't think it is a satnav problem but more a CD-laser problem... can happen to every CD-(rom-)reader

is the temperature in the car not to cold, no moisture or damp in the unit or on the cd, ...?
