    2007 is full canbus.

You will need canbus compatible ballasts to avoid the bulbs pulsing/flickering (and bulb out warnings), and you'll require a H7 fitment with the metal bases peferably (as the facelift doesn't have bulb clips, they slot right in).

Relays are not ncessary, they can connect directly to the existing wiring.

I have run a set now for two years, I have just changed the bulbs from 4300K to 5000K with the H7 plastic base bulbs that just push in to the housing and snap into place. Adjust the beam up as well as Vectra's are notorious for having the dip set stupidly low from the factory.

Does your car qualify for the ability to fit HIDS? You'd need self leveling of either the car suspension or the headlamps themself and headlamp wash too as a minimum, that doesn't mean the little wheel for controlling the headlight height either.

It is now an MOT failure for non qualifying cars.

Of course you could always do a hot swap when it comes to MOT time to get round things but also expect insurance companies to start looking in the event of an accident too though, especially if it is a night time accident involving use of lights.

Sorry not trying to put you off just ensuring you have thought of the possible pitfalls too. I concur they make a huge difference and if you stick under 6k then normally it wont attract undue plod atention.

I did read a how 2 on adjusting the beam up 1 notch and did so but still the lights are awful,
Bought some 5000k not to blue and no hint of yellow, I hope

dont have washers and self level so for MOT will be taking them off, i just need them for early nights

I have had mine in for 2 years and she passed another MOT with them in about a month ago, it is still not a fail to have them w/o self leveling or washers.
