    Just remove gear surround >>>carefully<<< as the gaiter surround is easily broken.. I broke mine!!!

    Under gearstich under the block is the clips that the cable is attached... There is a cable all the way to the rubber mould that stops air/water getting into car. Then goes to gear selector clips in engine bay.

    Its little easy to unclip the ones in engine bay but fairly hard to clip on so grip pilers carefully attach.

    Before you replace... Put old one on table. New one on the side. Black vs black. Compare the black length as its adjusted to correctly allign gear select. Adjust new one to match the length or same number of teeth (u'll see what i mean)

    Do same for white one.

    Now reverse fitting.

    Carefully u ensure everything is laid down nicely and careful u'll get scratched when going under gear stick!

    Test gears before complete.

    Difficulties 4/10
