If you're fitting a hatchback interior into an estate, it's not just the door cards you've got to worry about I'm afraid, been there, done that (see my threads about it).

The fronts of course fit perfectly (doorcards and seats), the rear backs fit perfectly, the rear bench is NOTHING like the same and you will either have to source an estate one or do what I did and strip both the hatchback and estate ones and stretch the leather over the estate bench (meaning you can't sell the cloth one off as you need it), the rear bolsters are also nothing like the same and there's not enough leather on the hatchback ones to stretch over the estate ones, I still have my fabric bolsters in place in mine, pretty much given up finding anyone selling those seperately.

The slightly good news is that Signum rear door cards are identical to Estate ones, so you can use those too, the hard part is finding someone who wants to sell the rear door cards seperately (took me a couple of months of badgering people on Ebay until someone did).

    Good luck

Yeah i read somewhere that the covers need to be removed and placed over the estate rear. Someone also said sri leathers will just fit estate bench but a bit tight. I could edit the back to make it fit better. Will give this a try...

Yeah, it will have been my thread you saw, I think I'm the only person who's been mad enough to do this so far be prepared for a fair bit of work, it's not a massively easy job.

LOL just read Ian's foolish work there...

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showth...-(IMAGE-HEAVY)

I'm amazed the hatch and estate are so different. How could they fit such a larger bench there ? Are the estate's doorcards thinner ?

Looking at the benches's thickness, I also came to wonder if I couldn't fit my two Alpine 12 CD changers inside all that foam, with their apertures flush to the front... I always thought the benches were too thin for that, but I'm somewhat changing my mind... If I could manage to do that while still allowing people to sit without bothering their arses and shaking the changers themselves, it would be the best place to put them : no room taken, and easiest access to the loading hatches ever !
