Default Speakers on drivers side not working?

As above, I've managed to f**k the speakers down one side of the car, although the passengers side still works?

Thought I had blown the two speakers but replaced them and still nothing.

    Any ideas folks?

    Gerry

When this happened to me it was because the big plug in the back of the headunit was not seated correctly.

Someone might be able to fix it but it's probably an uneconomical repair
