    Default rocker cover gasket

Hi, I have a 1.9 cdti (120) have noticed we got an oil leak from the rocker cover gasket.. are these easy to replace? On 'older' cars they use to be simple to replace but I assume its not gonna be simple with our vectra

Have you tried giving the gasket a nip up?

See if you can tighten the cam cover down slightly. Sometimes it is possible just to "Nip up" the gasket and make it oil tight by trying to tighten the bolts on the cam cover. But do not over tighten!!

If your are gonna try an "nip up" the bolt for rocker be careful not to over tighten as rocker bolts are only usually 8/9 nm
