Can anyone tell me where i stand with a ebayer that brought a item the 3rd Aug, they have now emailed me saying were is there item and have i got a tracking number, even tho in the listing it say will be posted stanard parcels. Is it not to late to open a case over 2months later and only just contacting me.

maybe you should approach ebay first to see if the guy is a chancer and tried this before. I don't know anybody who would wait 2 months before asking were their item was.

and paypal only accept claims for 45 days, however if they used a credit card then they will have protection on that card should they go down that route.
