Call ACAS 08457 47 47 47 for guidance, they are usually very helpful

It would depend on when you submitted your timesheets to the umbrella, and also, do they pay if they don't receive the funds from the employer, some do, some don't.

If you got your timesheets to them in time, then give them a bell and ask the question.

Sounds like you were a on a fixed term contract if you were dealing with them directly.

Simple answer is no they shouldn't pay you at the end of the month. But the time it would take to get a resolution through anything other than waiting will take longer than the end of the month...

As previously mentioned ACAS are very good, but may not be able to get things solved much quicker as they will do most things by post, giving 7 days to respond to each letter. May be worth it just to give the company a little kick up the ass.
