Knocking noise from rear

Have a rumbly knocking noise from the rear of the car when going over uneven ground below 25mph. Any ideas guys? Ive already replaced the upper control arms, no difference

i get this some times when i turn around round abouts when its un even so it dont help

Are you sure it is not the notorious rear parcel shelf rattle...

Have you checked the anti roll bar bushes

crikey id be delighted if its just the parcel shelf! It sounds like something jumping around in the spare wheel bay is the best way to describe it. I'll take the shelf out and see if it goes away. Anything else it could be? Any other bushes like to fail on the vectra c? I know i had to replace every single bush on my Vectra B so dont want to be going down that road again!

Have you checked the anti roll bar bushes

i'll be replacing the rear discs sometime this week so will have a look at them, are they easy enough to change access wise?

Yeah there easy to do mine knocked every time i hit a dimple in the road.

anti roll bar bushes... iv just done mine and its transformed the car completely... very easy job and all for under a tenner and thats with vx parts too !

try having a look at the hub carrier bush they seem to go quite alot
