Default Fitting Hid Fogs (Facelift) Part 1

Bought some spare ballasts (thanks Seb) and started to fit them ready for when my bulbs turn up sometime next week.

Going to match the Headlight Hids 35w 6k.

Not sure if I need the cancellors but will fit them when the bulbs arrive (if I get any errors) P.S I have the Xexon option turned on.

My drill packed up so I had to improvise with a dremel. Took a bit longer but did the job.

For the moment I insulated the connectors so no water gets in.

Will update as soon as the bulbs come.,

They will look good when they are finished Chris

I fitted my ballasts to the top of the fog it-self.

Was originally going to fit them in the same place as yours but when I looked at the back of the ballast, I wasn't convinced that they were completely water tight, so mounted them higher in case I encounter any deep puddles on my journeys

Thanks mate. Will certainly finish this one by next weekend.

Thanks Damo, shame my ballasts are so big. They wont fit on top of the fogs easily.

Going to go with the position they are in for the moment,

At least time will tell if it was the right choice or not.

    Thanks for you comment lads
