    Default Insurance quote's

Just been trying to renew my insurance for this coming year and the cheapest i can get for mines is £388 and thats with Adrian Flux.

I have the CDTI sri 150 with irmscher grille, front splitter, rear spoiler and light tints from the B pillar back..27 years old with 9 years NCB.

Interested to hear what everyone else is paying as this seems pretty expensive for the mods i have on the car without mods the quote was £247

On another note i can insure a vectra vxr for £400 and the 2.8 T signum for £340 so where is the logic in this

Oh and BTW i live WAY out in the wilderness so virtually no crime

Well sorry to upset everyone, my insurance on my 3.2 Signum has gone from £350 last year, down to £313 with Admiral. I think it might be my age

I tried Barry Granger (Matt's contact) and they wanted to know if I had ever driven a high powered car before, and tried all the girly ones as well, they would not touch me with a barge pole, properly because I do not drive a one litre Ka

I pay £500 fully comp for mine for the following with mods declared and I am 35 with full NCD :-

But also 30,000 miles a year business class 2 use, which at £500 is exactly the same as I was paying before with Asda for a standard car.

But..... My Audi A3 is the 2.0 Turbo (Petrol) S-Line Special Edition and I pay £296 full comp a year with Esure, but it is standard.
