Going to look at a merc ml320

Morning All, going to see a merc ml320 with my mate this morning. The car is for him. Do any of you guys have any info on them or know what real world MPG he will be getting? I reckon about 18-19mpg. Its an old one 2000 so gonna be a few marks and that.

I have one! a 2000 example, it has been reliable but only gets 16mpg but this is around town. on a run i think we have seen about 20mpg mind you this is on LPG so a petrol only might be slightly better. Look how bad the rust is on the tailgate! check the management light illuminates with the ignition! My headlights need replacing. the TV will be analogue! Like the vectra GSI mayo in the oil filler is usual. Suspension is very poor IMO.
I might still buy a newer one day!
oh and check the elecric windows work (switch is about £100)

Yeah it had some rust on the tailgate above the number plate and has a blow on the exhaust. He's bought it paid £2k and its done 132k. Nice looking car. I wouldnt fancy the running costs etc.
