    Hi all how easy is it to remove the radiator from the z20net? pics would be an advantage. wanting to flush the system

    why would you want to remove it to flush it?..I undid the drain plug on the radiator and flushed it all through,using a hosepipe, via the water bottle fixed near the bulkhead.

    You should be able to flush it in situ.

    Yeah a know but I want to give it a really good clean. Having problems with over heating. It's not the head. Think there might be a blockage somewhere.

    Is the thermostat ok & the water pump impelor not broken?

    As said flush in situ make less work.

    You will see if you've got a blockage by flushing it in situ. If you have, then spend time taking it out. Otherwise it's a waste of time.
