    Question Dual zone climate control retrofit

    Hi, Is it possible to retrofit dual zone climate control into a 2.8 gts v6 (2006)?If, yes....does anyone have a how2?


    Which parts do I need?
    Just the controlpanel?
    Tech2?

    yes i have done it to mine

    u need the dash loom , complete heater box assy and control panel and air quality sensor then a bit of TECH2 programming

    you will need to source the wiring loom and heater box from either a preface or facelift car depending on what yours is.... Also the wiring loom needs to be the same as your car ie manual/auto/cd70 (gps) etc etc otherwise you'll need to retrofit extra wires. Or you can strip the wires out of the donor loom and add them to your existing one like husky did, who said he'd call be but never did lol... dig dig....

    Most of the work is just removal of the dash/crash member to remove the old box and get the new one fitted... if you close one eye and squint through the other one it doesnt look too bad to do..

    Actually you dont need airquality sensor.. not fitted to all cars with ECC...

    Yes it looks like that one.. but.. there are many different... and theres no wiring in that one..
