    Default TomTom - through stereo?

Anyone know which connections from the multiplug next to the power socket on the 510 / 710 / 910 screen mount will either give a positive 12 output, or ground or which 2 connections can give a switched output that could effectively tele mute the stereo when either in calls via blue tooth or having directions given by the unit?

The socket will also connect to an Ipod via a link wire, and will pause the Ipod playback during the times mentioned above. So it must be possible.
Anyone got such a link wire for their Ipod and could take some voltage measurements on the pins when 'in-call' or directed by nav?

Hope all that makes sense. I want to get rid of my handsfree kit, and use the TomTom 710 and bluetooth to phone to get through the stereo's speakers like the car kit does now.

    Wiring diagram may also help.
If I get it working I'll do a how to.

    Anyone ????

    TIA

Thanks for the link, but that isn't what I'm looking for.

I already have the car kit coming through the car stereo, so have already made the connections at the rear of the stereo (incidentally, I didn't wire it up the same as the diagrams on page 6 of the link !)

What I am really after is a way of operating the tel mute from the connector socket on the tomtom screen holder. Ie the input to the tel mute pin on the radio is a ground link. this ground link will switch the stereo music off (MESSAGE is displayed in the TID) and sound inputs are directed through the stereo speakers. So how can I control this grounded link from the tomtom?

My previous post quote 12V incorrectly. It should have read 5V
