Default Vectra Rear Wiper Arm Upgrade

Hi all, new to the forum so Hi to everyone!!

I recently bought a June '03 Vectra Active (52k miles, 1 owner from new, Vauxhall FSH) and would really like to change the rear wiper arm so that it can carry the more stylish flat wiper blade.

Question is, has anybody done this and would a new wiper arm to accept the flat blade be a direct replacement over the existing blade arm?

If possible, is the part No. 13143420 the wiper arm I need?

To be fair, with mine I had a go on the black one and it wouldn't budge, then someone mention the "don't get angry" approach and it worked on the silver lol... But I de-wipered mine like the saloon, lot neater IMO.
