Default The beginning for the cdti 150

So I've got my vectra estate.

It has been purchased as a work car for a window cleaning business. That said I still want to to get the car looking smart (public image and all that) . So it will be a working process.

Ill post photos tomorrow as I was busy today.
The start of my list is as follows:-
    - Decent roof rack
    - Timing belt replaced (for peace of mind)
    - Full service
    - All round window tints
    - flat blade wipers all round
    - h7 Phillips blue vision ultra bulbs
    - Have the car sign written
    - wash and wax with mop
    - going to look at remap options (I'm sucker for the extra power) especially as I've just sold a focus ST
    - boot liner
    - irmscher front grill

    Problem list to sove:-
    - Power steering light on but no problems
    - cruise control not working or me not using properly
    - rear brakes replaced
    - fix loose trim on side skirt
    - fix cigarette bin in rear of car
    - fix click on drivers door when open/closing
    - intermittent problem with auto boot close
    - buy new lip trim for front bumper

A long list I know and unfortunately money will be a factor as always.
Any problems fix/solve/encounter I will post photos/instructions etc..

If anyone wishes to post me some quick fixes or ideas be my guest. Cheers

I'm also very upset at how expensive the irmscher a grill is! Mental money for a grill.

U get what u pay for ironically if ur car is a facelift , genuine front grill priced up separately is actually more expensive. Sell genuine after to recup the dosh

Thanks for the offer mate. I haven't been on in a while. A mate of mine did some work on the car the other day and he read the fault for me. Apprently its showing an electrical fault. IIRC he said it was showing too high voltage. So I could end up spending ages trying to find the problem. Probably a loose cable or connecter maybe. At the moment the steering works fine so I'm not going to get too hung up on it but I eventually want to sort it.

Thanks. I will be attempting this next weekend. Funny how such a small problem can really grate on every time you open the door.
