    Default ecu issue signum 2.0t

hi all, i have just brought a 2004 signum 2.0t, when it get nice and warm it just cuts out and will not start again intill its cold down. had it tested and its coming up saying ecu fault, unplugged it, moved it so it was not sat on the inlet manfold and it ran for longer without cutting out.

so what i am asking is can i get another z20net ecu and plug it in and off i go withut having to do any thing, or do you know a good, but cheap place to get it repaired

    many thanks
    robbie

Its possible there is a dry joint somewhere and when the engine gets hot, the joint breaks, re-making when it has cooled down.
