Urgent help needed, more signum problems :(

Got the car back on Thursday after having a new dpf fitted after it blew up, cost a fortune and made me mad

Now I'm on holiday in Wales and was driving today and the spanner light is on and the car can't get above 60mph and is on limited revs too,
I'm in the middle of nowhere in Prestatyn and wondering what the heck to do ??
Am I ok driving it or will I cause more damage?
And the other thing is I don't really want to take it to a garage here
1 because I'm meant to be on holiday lol
2 I've just spent a fortune with the garage in manchester and I don't wanna even pay for diagnostics when they should do it technically

Have you not got a code reader to find out what the code is ?

Should mention that the car was fine on the drive down, no spanner no limited power etc
was just today on the way to and back from the town centre

Either way youre going to need to have the codes read,
So is there anyone in the area of prestatyn with a code reader .
Shogun we have a few members in the area so hopefully some one can help , just keep an eye on this thread

Would you not chance taking it home? I can get it to the mechanics on Monday you see?

With the ignition off, press and hold down the accelerator and brake pedals as far as they go. Now turn the ignition to position 2 so the dash lights come on, but DO NOT START THE ENGINE!

Any fault codes will either appear in the odometer display as ECNxxxxyy, or the engine management light will flash out the code. If you see it flash 10 - pause - 3 - pause - 10 - 1, then the stored code is P0301.

Tryed it just mate, but nothing seems to happen thx ttho
i took it for a little drive and everything was fine for about 10 minutes and the light cane on and same thing couldn't get it over 60

Open ya bonnet and check ur boost vacume hoses rnt split this happend to my mate there next to the radiator small hoses going from looking down right of radiator to the engine
