Default In need of some TLC!

Hi all. After a bit of advice please
Had a few months of little cash, so the car has suffered for it, nightmare. Rear driver side brakes are sticking and have been for a while. Seems to be locked for a good few miles after first starting up after its been resting for a few mins. Would this be the caliper? I intend to replace the pads on the rear soon anyway (MOT time).

Front discs need replacing as I can see they are rusty inside the disks, flakes coming off them especially on the drivers side front. Would this cause the ABS light to come on at non specific intervals? Replace pads at same time for this too?

Finally, anyone know where I can get a steel wheel replaced as the one I have has a knock on it and the tyre is flat within an hour. I'm in Barnsley, South Yorks by the way and its an 05 plate 1.9 CDTI 120 Saloon.

Thanks guys for help in advance

Thanks Marc. Actually went to a tyre place cos i thought it was the tyre with a puncture. 2 tyres later still same , problem was I am on holiday out of the country now so couldnt go back again but I did notice a bit of a bend in the wheel. Will take it back when I get back next week.
