    Default Rear parking sensors

Just ordered the sensor kit, where have you guys fitted them on your bumpers, I have an exclusive and was gonna drill on the very bottom/bumper spoiler but not sure if they will point slightly downwards?

Hi m8 if you take the bumper off you will see that the inside of the bumper is marked with 4 circles to denoting where the sensors are to go .

Take the bumper off and have a look for the marks on the inside where the factory-fit sensors go. Drill a pilot hole from inside out then from outside in with the circular drill bit. If sensors are tight fit, a dab of washing-up liquid on them makes pushing them in a lot easier. HTH.

Hi mate, I got this kit in yesterday and fitted it already http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CISBO-Park...-/230384815553

Take the bumper off and you'll see 4 marked position pre made by VX for their sensors, clean the dirt away from them and use the saw drill that come with the kit to make the holes for the sensors to sit in. Then run the wires for them from O/S to N/S then through the hole just under the bodywork on the N/S you'll find a rubber grommet and just burst a hole in it then run the wires through it into the car and it'll come in just at the rear fuse box. The sensors will have a stamp on them saying UP, this tells you that this must be at the top when fitting them. Wire it up, RED cable from power goes to the reversing light wire RED/BLACK is grounded to the body work, plug in sensor wires and display or buzzer put car in reverse and job done

Yes. I can't remember exactly how - check out the 'How 2' forum, I'm sure you'll find something in there. Easier than removing the front bumper!

Remove both back lights, unscrew 2/3 screws from back wheel arches, remove number plate and plate lights too, unscrew 2 screws either side of these light at number plate, then remove 2 clips underneath the bumper then gently pull bumper away from bodywork BUT minding when you reach the bend in the bumper be extra careful because if you pull too quickly it can/could tear it.

Here is the link to removal too
