    Default plz help water in passenger and rear

    any help on this went out to put my new born in car and it was full of water,need it sorted asap for me for me lil girl

    parked on slight hill facing up so water in back could of run to the back...is it the common pollen filter i hope its easy fix as my new arrival will be keepin me occupied...

    9 times out of 10 it's the drain just in front of the windscreen...

    Open the bonnet and make sure it's completely clear of crud (leaves etc)

    The drain under the pollen filter check that is not blocked.

    it was abit blocked but filters dry?

    just done mine today . filter dry, but plenty of water above drain scuttle. also cleaned out the round rubber drain tube on drivers side, now to dry the passenger side front and rear..carpet..

    backed the car up on a small set of ramps, front of car pointing down hill. took the left side plastic facia off which is down at the foot well. (2 screws)
    lifted plastic that runs along the top of inside sill, careful wires behind it, lifted carpet and soaked approx 50mm of water up, then squeezed the front foam and rubber that fits to the bulk head in the passenger foot well. this is foam and holds water, and mopped up excess whilst squeezing. hope fully should start drying out now..

    i found the problem....passenger side rubber bung that the loom passes through had lodged allowing water to come in,with the recent floods its been cuming in,so popped it back in and black siliconed around it....now im goin to have to strip car out seats n that to get it all
