Default Best discs to use on Cd70 for MP3...

I have burned a few mp3 discs on my CD70 using some Tesco discs, at first they would only play for a short term then skip to the next track and so forth.... I then burned them slower (10x is the slowest my Nero will do) and finalised the disc, this made it better but still skips after a bit.

Last week I bought some Verbatim discs and this now lasts longer still, but then still skips

Are there any specific brands that the Cd70 prefers for Mp3 discs? Some old posts (2007) suggest Tuffdisc Does bitrate play a part at all?

(I have no issues with discs burned as audio discs, just mp3 ones).

I've been using Arita for the last 4 years or so.. I've yet to come across a unit they didn't work in.
If you're looking online they're Part Orange part silver on top.

Tesco discs are fine on my CD70, both for single and Mp3 discs (and for backup copies of the satnav disc originals which I use in the CD70) . I use Nero to burn the discs.

No, seems to be quite random (seemingly as it warms up) but can happen when stationary too.
