    Default My new car faults!

Sorry to the moderators for sort of duplicating a thread!
i have posted in the 3.0v6 area, and was wondering if anybody else could have an idea about what's going
to cut a long story short on day4 of ownership the following codes have come up with the pedal test.
p0409 egr was cleaned 4 days ago.
p0520 oil pressure sensor, new today
    p1901 particulate filter
    p0301 misfire cylinder 1

could these codes be linked together?

i am taking it back soon to the garage as under warranty, however I can't help worrying!

Mods please delete this thread as well? As again I don't believe that anybody on this forum can help.

Was it the lack of responses?
The post was at 22:01 so many members may be asleep or out
As this wasn't in the Y30DT engine sub-forum I didn't notice it until now

Given the car is under warranty there should be no need to read and diagnose the codes
Simply book the car in with faults and symptoms, and let them fix them

Hi no it wasn't the lack of responses, sorry! It was the red wine hangover when writing it!
The garage is taking it back to sort it for me and giving me a courtesy car. So no need for us carrying on with a thread guessing what's wrong with it, it they remove the 2 threads, this one and the 1 in the v6 section then I will start a new one explaining the symptons and what the fixes were once I've got it back!

You don't believe anyone can help.
Does that mean you won't be asking questions if/ when garage can't repair it?

theirs people on this forum with a lot of experience on this engine. An more than likely more experience than the garage you bought it from due to it being a fairly rare engine.

I understand that there is a lot of knowledge on this forum as I'm a returning member having owned a 2.2 direct in the past, and members being very helpful with the problems I had then. Hence why I paid my membership! The information I put up is basically useless until it has been to the garage, and diagnosed the faults correctly! Hence why I mentioned above that there is no point in guessing! I can only guess that you read my comment out of context. And if I caused offence then I apologise now!
