    Angry Doh and double doh

Just changed my wipers and done some thing silly. While wiper arm was up in the pouring rain not sure what exactly happened but the short of it was crack as it flipped back onto the windscreen causing a nice big crack .

£75 down now due to insurance excess and got a real good deal on my new flat blades for the princely some of £11 now its cost £86 doh.

    Want to smack myself..

I only just and so lift the wiper arm off the screen when I replace mine. So if it does slip then it only has a few inches to fall.

As someone mentioned above, a good idea is to put some padding where it would impact or only lift the minimum amount required.
