Yes,i bought some for mine when they perished.
Did you buy from a motor factors or main dealer?

I got a caliper rebuild kit off eBay for my 314's
They had the rubber outers in them

Bigg red do full axle seal kits for about £38
i was after just dust covers but couldn't find any on there own
Vauxhall do replacement seal kits for all their calipers, got a set sat here that I bought recently from my local dealers to re-furbish the 314's I've got sat here before I fit them (replacement inner and outer seals).

314mm seal kits are about £13+ vat each side.
