I just receive respond on ebay by "powergate" seller.

"Sorry but your car is equipped with edc16c9 and you can't read it by obd connector you have to read by k-tag and only after you can write it with kessv2 by obd"

How can I check what is my ECU?

Something tells me the phrase "brick it" isn't one that's used or understood in Bulgaria, which is where the OP is from.

    well understood, however thanks m8

reply from seller "Yes i am sure! With hw and sw number i can check what type of ecu you have"

    And from another forum:

"According to Bosch number => EDC 16C9-3.11. There are tools that can do this ECU over OBD. Byteshooter can handle it."

    "
Bosch ESI say - EDC16C9-3.11 MPPS can read and write this ecu, but partial only."
