Erm dpf,egr?

Hey peeps,
Ive had my 1.9 150 vectra elite auto for nearly six months, its always been sluggish from the off and after a over run and every now and again get the eml with spanner in car or itd be sluggish for a few miles, but last night it went like chuff! I put some wynns injector cleaner in like id normally do every 3 months last week, and it made no difference till yesturday. Do you guys think it was egr,dpf or something else thats gurded its loins and shifted all the crap and can i do owt t help it along????? Any help greatly appreciated
