vx flat blade wipers

anybody bought these new flat blade wipers yet ? if so are they any better than the usual type but they seem a bit dear . i need to get a set before my car goes through an mot next week

Dave, they make quite a big difference to vison, thats for sure.

I've had flatblades on the fronts for a few months now and they are absolutely superb at clearing the rain off the screen.

Never had any juddering or noise problems either. They work unlike any other wiper blade I have tried on any car.

Well worth the money to be honest.

I intend to get a flatblade for the rear screen next week and I'm expecting it will perform just as well.

Mines are lying in the garage waiting to be fitted on monday when it goes in to get all the niggles sorted and a service

Had several sets on our various cars now... can't fault them TBH...they do a cracking job in keeping the screen clear..

Mr bell i have just read your thread and Yes these Flat blade wipers m8 are a sound investment so go get umm baby.
to be honest i would'nt change back cus they are fab,they really do clean your screen superbly and the vision is like when you first put a new windscreen in m8.
So for that little extra why not,you will be surprised.

Has anyone had any smearing with these after they have been fitted for a few weeks. Mine are causing fine lines of water across the sweep on both side of the screen?

Thinking of getting them exchanged as starting to bug me now. I have cleaned the screen with glass cleaner but there still the same.

Not me - had a set on for quite a while now and no smears, squeaking, juddering or anything like that. They work really nicely!
