Having some probs with the car at 19 cdti 150 but now I was pulling up a good hill in 3 rd at 2.5 k and she started to judder real bad changed down and she picked back up all ready done loads to it and now this any ideas

I would check the what colour the 3rd injector plug is, if its yellow it needs changing to the blue uprated version.
The dodgy injector plug can cause the issue you had and eventually will break down further and cause even more issues
what is your mileage?
have you cleaned the egr valve out lately
when was the last time you changed the fuel filter ?
clean the throttle body.

Done a fair bit of work so far
new inlet
Cleaned and stripped egr
cleaned and stripped bcs
new bcs vacume pipes
cleaned and stripped throttle body and checked circuit bboard
changed 3and4 injector wiring
full service inc fuel filter
new thermostat ( broke anyway )
And a partridge in a pear tree lol
it been having no boost under 2 k and been heavy on fuel lately that why I done all this do far but now the judder is way more prominent and more often any ideas
Oh And forgot cleaned boost sensor and blanked egr
does your dmf rattle? mine would judder a bit if i was in the wrong gear on an incline prior to replacing the dmf.
In addition... is the swirl bar intact & moving as it should?
Swirl bar fine all ok what is the dmf sorry learning as I go along here lol
Swirl bar can be seen by looking in the glow plug area with engine cover off (little bar connected to the 4 swirl flaps) should move when engine is revved. DMF = dual mass flywheel, is there any rattle on idle?
No there no rattle on idel it a bit lumpy between 1 and 1.5 k and then just that judder or miss around 2.5 k when pulling hard I actually watched the rev counter loose 500 then just pick back up
