Would going from a CD30 to a CD70 put much more extra strain on the alternator? I think I have the 105amp alternator fitted to my CDTI 120.

Also, is the 105amp version the right one for this car?

I had the alternator replaced last november, now it seems to be on the way out again (co-incidently a week after I fit my CD70 + bluetooth).

The opcom reports P0621 - Generator Lamp 'L' Control circuit malfunction.

Any advise?

It won't mate I had 105amps denso crap on my estate nav just unlucky

Same alternator fitted on 1.9CDTI models whether fitted with Satnav or not.
