hi all, i dont have a radio/stereo as such in my car, i have a full computer system, with amps, to do all my sounds, sat nav, etc.

i also have a bit of kit that will change steering wheel button presses, into keyboard commands, for controlling volume etc, this worked fine in my vec b, but in the c (2003, half canbus), i cant get the ohms readings from the buttons, due to (i think) the cim,

so, if i buy a patch lead, for say, a pioneer stereo, to steering wheel controls, will this provide me with different resistances for the steering wheel buttons, as i assume that's how it works

anyone know please???
