    Default More probs with cdti 150

    More probs with it now not only is there no boost under 2k but now I noticed theres a judder if you hold the throttle between 1100 and 1500 and when it cold it won't rev above 4k it will just hold there and noticed on way to work this morning that the oil spanner light comes on at start and stays there till you give it a little rev comes on as you turn it off to can anyone help it doing my head in now already done loads to it

    judder could be the EGR and revving above 4k isnt possible whilst cold the ecu stops this to make sure you dont damage the engine by doing silly rpm's whilst cold, so its doing its just by you trying to rev it like that...

    spanner light (not oil light) coming on until blip of throttle at startup is probably down to a dodgy glowplug not working

    As above, you shouldn't be revving it like that when it's cold :0

    I know not to rev it when cold just there was someone round to rev so could check for boost pipe leak there no dpf on her and the egr been blanked as well as
    new inlet man
    new egr
    new bsc pipes
    full service
    new thermostat
    got new injection connectors fit 3. And 4 as well as gonna strip bcs and do throttle housing and maf on wweekend
    it the oil can and spannar light that's coming on

    oil can means a service is due i believe
