    Default What should i do??

Having purchased my vectra c 3 weeks ago i keep having a persistent problem with the rear n/s wheel getting hot. The trader i bought the car from has been very good having the brakes checked. replacing the calliper and after that failed to resolve the issue the brake flex hose and wheel hub bearing replaced. But have so far failed to solve the issue. The latest opinion seems to favour the abs pump faulty.

Should i now just give up and ask for a refund or give the trader yet another chance to solve the problem??

Has the wheel and tyre been checked??
For example does the tyre have foam in it after a puncture?
Or does the wheel have a buckle in it??
You could try swapping the rear wheels around, assuming that the tyres dont have directional arrows on them.
You could also try having somebody follow you in another car and looking to see if the wheel does anything odd.

After all the so called pro ppl who have checked this problem out have not noticed any abnormality in the tyre or wheel. I wouldn't be able to say wether foam is in the tyre or not. And by changing the wheels over is it in the hope the problem swaps sides aswell?

Well the pro people might be overlooking something simple.
It could be something as simple as low tyre pressure.
You can check the tyre by going to a garage with an airline and letting some some air out of the tyre and seeing if anything else (Foam, water) comes out too, then pumping the tyre up again.
And yes, swapping wheels around is to see if the problem moves.
The wheel can also be checked by spinning it up a tyre dealer balance machine.
They might check the tyre balance for free.

I should also add that people of here are very helpfull, and it is worth posting in the regional section of where you live asking for help.
