well going by your profile your car is 10 years old so I would say you need to replace the suspension all round and maybe the bushs as well. If you want to get it tight then you will be looking at the following items plus i have given my view on what to replace them with:

Front droplinks (get meyle uprated ones)
    Anti roll bar bushes (powerflow)
    Front and rear shocks (B6's)
    Front and rear springs (eibach)
Front wishbones (genuine VX or OEM)
    Rear arms (genuine VX)
Lois Griffin: Peter! You're bribing your daughter with a car?
Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?

You do not need to drive fast to realise your suspension is shot

    Hey,

I have been keeping an eye on this thread as I am slowly trying to improve my car. Cannot afford to do major work on it as money is tight and need to buy a new house soon and as cars done 107k its not really worth it.

I have ordered the Eibach springs and the Meyle drop links, but I need track rod ends (mot advisory 2 years running) any brands to recommend or is stealers best bet?

PS. After some bigger brakes to fit my Imitation VXR 18" if anyone knows of any going cheap?

Hope I'm not hijacking this thread, but the info may help others.
