    Default Replace 2.2DTI intercooler pipes?

Good evening all, I have split in my LH intercooler pipe so I'm going to replace it, however I'm wondering if I should just bite the bullet and replace all of them, I have seen some blue ones on line, that will replace the one I need, but I would like to buy a full set if possible as I imagine it would work out cheaper to get them all in one go
anyone done this? Or know where I can get a set from?

    Hi !

You have to replace them with silicone ones if you don't want to blow them up again within two years. A lot of oil comes from the cranckase into the intake, and it destroys the original rubber ones in no time, so sticking to GM hoses will trigger the problem again and again.

Actually, this provider also has a 5 hoses set for 1.9 CDTi including the bottom ones.

He agreed to make me a special mxed set including the two top DTi hoses and two bottom CDTi hoses.

I didn't fit them yet (waiting to finish my xenon + angel eyes Frankenstein assembly), but they should be similar enough to fit (I'd probably have to shorten one of them).

Since I'll have to put the bumber down either for the headlights and the bottom hoses, I'll do all at the same time. I also have to clean up my EGR valve I suspect to stay half open, judging by the soot that deposits on the hatch and the limp mode that triggered twice one day a few weaks ago (it may also be some small turbo hose or vacuum pipe leak).

    Hi,
If you do find a source dor the intercooler bottom hoses, be much appreciated as have had to replace the top hoses with silicon ones, goes like a new car now.
