Default DMF or Release bearing.. please confirm

Morning guys, i feel i have a big repair bill up ahead.

Basically i start the car in the morning, it sounds just like it should. Once its warm and the car is on tick over i can hear the dreaded groaning sound from within then engine bay.

Once i press the clutch fully down again the noise disappears and sounds normal again. If i hold the clutch biting point thats when its at its worst.

Also as read on here at low speeds it can be a little juddery and also hesitant between 1500 and 2000rpm although i think this is a different probelm

Please can you confirm which has failed although i will be doing the flywheel if the box is out, just want to know which has given up. thanks

Vehicle : Mk1 renault scenic... I know I know but it drives

    Trim : Basic

    Engine : 1.6 16v

    Year : 2003

Flywheel going by sounds of it.

But tbh it's false economy not to change everything while box is out.

So flywheel, clutch(pressure and friction plate) and CSC

Is the CSC the same as the release bearing or thrust bearing (What ever its called)?
