    Default stupid question #1

Last week both 12v outlets (front and rear) stopped working. However the light around the front is still lit.

My initial thought is that the fuse has gone but I don't have a replacement fuse or the tool to change them (yet).

Is this all it's likely to be?

You don't need a special tool to take the fuses out.

The special tool for the smaller fuses is built into the inside of the fusebox at the end of the dashboard.

There are 3 fuseboxes, one under the bonnet near the battery, one at the passenger end of the dashboard and one behind the boot lining on the left hand side of the boot.
Open the LHS cover in the boot and the fusebox is behind the siren speaker that you will see there.
The fuse you need to check is F22 (30A) in the passenger fusebox. You also need to check that relay K3, also in the passenger fusbox, is in place.
