    Default inbalance in brakes

Car failed mot yesterday and one thing it failed on was an inbalance of 26% on front brakes, is it a case of changing the pads and discs?

Could be, could be a seized caliper or dirty slides too

john is it an easy fix? I'm going to buy new pads and discs anyway, is it easy to clean the caliper and slides. I also googled it the piston could be sticking, is that possible? Could I just clean it all and put copperslip on it

If the pistons move in freely then yeah just a good clean and a lube up should see things working better.

If there is a sticking piston then you'd be as well to just replace the caliper though
