    Default Flashing Spanner

Went to start the car up after placing out my reverse sensors and control box which I've hooked up to earth and reverse light wire I had the ignition on whilst doing it then went to start the car up up and nothing except a flashing spanner/car symbol. Do you reckon it's just needing a jump start to get it going again after having the ignition on?

Not pulled away wires whilst doing it?

Are the dash lights staying bright?

Just the 2 earth cables underneath the near side brake light for an earthing point but I've tightened them back up again.

Are the dash lights staying bright?
Yes as far as I can see mate.

All fuses have been checked and they're all OK. My voltage gauge on my dash is showing just under 11 so I'm guessing this might be the cause.
