Default Stumped. squeaking from aux belt area I Think

This is getting on my nerves now.
A few weeks back i was getting a chirp when starting the car.
took it to my local garage who diagnosed the alternator pulley was knackered.
    So got it changed.
No chirp on start. so i thought happy days.
Then i noticed at low revs under load the belt or somewhere around there was squealing like hell. and at low revs i can hear a noise as i can only describe as a faint blow (like an exhaust blow)
so i took it back and it had a new belt tensioner and a plastic cam thing. sorry about how vauge this is but i dont know much lol.
Now when i start it in the morning it is squeaking for a minute or so.
    Ive uploaded a video here
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-JRGmauygo
also the squealing at low revs and slight blow noise are still there :-(
I dont know if the garage has caused a problem. or if its something else.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

eeeek!! origional waterpump at 134k... you need to get that changed my friend.. They are a failure point. Its often pulleys and pump bearings that fail and not the belts themselves with these cars..

If your local to Ashford in Middlesex I can do for you etc.

hmm. kk. im in wales so middlesex is a little way out lol.
How much work/labour is involved to change the waterpump?
ive priced them up and they only about 40 quid.
and Could this be the noise im getting?

My view now mate is that you should have a full Genuine GM belt kit and waterpump... If you have only had a belt at 34k miles ago there are other pulleys in the belt kit too that needs to be changed... and only go genuine...

    Look at a 3 - 4 hrs labour and £170 - £200 in parts non trade.
